I’ve always felt like i needed professional help, but today i chose to do it at home using a small endoscope connected to my pc that i bought online. the idea of ??being able to see everything in real time intrigues me.i take a deep breath and turn on the device. the light from the endoscope turns on, creating a bluish glow, while the computer monitor lights up, showing an image of my ear. looking at the screen, i realize that my ears are definitely dirtier than i had imagined. dark wax bubbles and unsightly lumps are building up in the depths of my ear canal.i begin to gently insert the endoscope into my right ear, being very careful. the sensation is strange but not unpleasant, and it’s fascinating to see everything so close up. i move it slowly, approaching a particularly stubborn area. the image on the screen is clear and surprising, almost as if i were exploring another world“wow, i never expected to see all this,” i mutter to myself. i continue to push the scope a little deeper, as the wax shows itself for what it is: a dark brown, sticky substance that seems to hide the most remote corners of my ear. at this point, i begin to feel the lightness of my curiosity mixed with the anxiety of not damaging anything.after a while, i finally find the right spot: carefully, i begin to scrape away the wax, carefully observing the images that appear on the screen. the consistency is soft, but there are also harder pieces that require a little more effort. “unbelievable how long i’ve neglected these little cleanings,” i think, as i continue to work.a small reckless movement causes the slightest pressure, and in an instant, i hear a dull sound as the wax comes loose. i laugh, happy with the progress, and take a moment to admire how clear the ear canal has become. i decide to take a break and look at the images on the monitor.my ear now looks almost clean, but i know i have to tackle the left ear too. so, we change locations. i try the experience again, and as i clean the second ear, the feeling is even more relaxed. my mind is completely focused on this little undertaking.absorbed in the task, i don’t notice how much time has passed. now, with both ears finally available and “free” from that annoying earwax, i close the application and detach the endoscope. the feeling of lightness is indescribable; i hear the world differently, as if every sound is clearer.with a satisfied smile, i close the computer and promise myself to check my ears more frequently. who would have thought that a simple cleaning could be so rewarding?   ho sempre sentito che avevo bisogno di un aiuto professionale, ma oggi ho scelto di farlo a casa usando un piccolo endoscopio collegato al pc che avevo comprato online. l’idea di poter vedere tutto in tempo reale mi incuriosisce.prendo un respiro profondo e accendo il dispositivo. la luce dell’endoscopio si accende, creando un chiarore bluastro, mentre il monitor del computer si illumina mostrando l’immagine dell’orecchio. osservando la schermata, mi rendo conto che le mie orecchie sono decisamente più sporche di quanto avessi immaginato. bolle di cerume scuro e grumi sgradevoli si accumulano nei meandri del condotto uditivo.inizio delicatamente a inserire l'endoscopio nell’orecchio destro, essendo molto cauta. la sensazione è strana ma non sgradevole, ed è affascinante vedere tutto così da vicino. lo muovo lentamente, avvicinandomi ad un’area particolarmente ostinata. l'immagine sullo schermo è chiara e sorprendente, quasi come se stessi esplorando un altro mondo. “wow, non mi sarei mai aspettata di vedere tutto questo” mormoro tra me e me. continuo a spingere l’endoscopio un po’ più in profondità, mentre il cerume si mostra per quello che è: una sostanza appiccicosa, marrone scuro, che sembra nascondere gli angoli più remoti del mio orecchio. a questo punto, comincio a sentire la leggerezza della mia curiosità mescolata all'ansia di non danneggiare nulla.dopo un po’, trovo finalmente il punto giusto: con cautela, inizio a raschiare via il cerume, osservando con attenzione le immagini che compaiono sullo schermo. la consistenza è morbida, ma ci sono anche pezzi più duri che richiedono un po’ più di sforzo. “incredibile quanto tempo abbia trascurato queste piccole pulizie” penso, mentre continuo a lavorare.un piccolo movimento avventato provoca una leggerissima pressione, e in un attimo, sento un suono sordo mentre il cerume si stacca. rido, contenta del progresso, e mi prendo un momento per ammirare quanto sia diventato chiaro il canale uditivo. decido di fare una pausa e guardare le immagini sul monitor.l’aspetto del mio orecchio ora sembra quasi pulito, ma so che devo affrontare anche l’orecchio sinistro. così, cambiamo postazione. riprovo l’esperienza, e mentre pulisco il secondo orecchio, la sensazione è ancora più relax. la mia mente è completamente concentrata su questa piccola impresa.assorbita dal compito, non mi accorgo di quanto tempo sia passato. ora, con entrambi gli orecchi finalmente disponibili e “liberi” da quel fastidioso cerume, chiudo l’applicazione e stacco l’endoscopio. la sensazione di leggerezza è indescrivibile; sento il mondo in modo diverso, come se ogni suono fosse più chiaro.con un sorriso soddisfatto, chiudo il computer e prometto a me stessa di controllare le mie orecchie più frequentemente. chi avrebbe mai pensato che una semplice pulizia potesse essere così gratificante?
